Exchanges/Returns

Knit accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise. Tags must be attached. In-store returns made within 7 business days can be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns after the 7 day period will be issued a store credit. All sale items and seasonal merchandise are FINAL SALE. After April 1, all Easter merchandise is considered final sale. After November 1, all Christmas merchandise is considered final sale. After June 1 all 4th of July is considered final sale. However, seasonal merchandise may be exchanged for a different size if we have the size available. 

Please email us at info@knitbaby.com for return instructions. Should you need us to provide a pre-paid label for return shipment, we will deduct $8 from your refund once the return is received. 

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged $8 standard shipping unless it is an oversized item for which the shipping cost will be notated. 

In store pick-up is available - choose the in store pick-up option at checkout and you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up. 

Should you have any special circumstances that require expedited shipping or any special instructions, please email us at info@shopknitbaby or call the store and we will try our best to accommodate those circumstances. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves our store, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you'd like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email info@knitbaby.com at the time of your order or call the store.
